About Dr Natasha Cachia
Dr Natasha Cachia graduated Doctor of Laws in Malta in 2008 and also achieved her Master’s Degree in Financial Services in 2012. She joined the Maltese Bar and started working at the firm in 2018 as a Senior Associate managing the financial services practice, moved to Risk and Compliance in 2020.
Throughout her career, Natasha has assisted clients from various business sectors with corporate law and commercial law matters, including company law advice, commercial and contract law, tenders and corporate and M&A transactions. She is highly experienced in the CSP and Trustee sector and has had several regulatory appointments in this area.
Natasha currently specialises in risk advisory services, including areas related to AML and CFT Legislation, Sanctions Advisory Services, as well as regulatory areas, and manages the firm’s Risk and Compliance department.
