Ms.
Christina Borg
graduated Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Accountancy from the University of
Malta. Ms Borg forms part of the firm's Accounting Unit and is responsible
for
accounting and back office administration for our firm's corporate clients.

Mr Kenneth Camilleri
graduated Bachelor of Commerce and B.Accty(Hons.) Accountancy from the University of
Malta and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr Camilleri is the firm's
financial controller.

Ms
Ritianne Cassar
graduated Bachelor of Commerce and B.Accty(Hons.) from the University of
Malta and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms Cassar forms part of the
firm's Accounting & Tax Units and specialises in management reporting, tax, VAT
and payroll.

Dr Jean-Philippe Chetcuti holds a doctoral degree in European Corporate Tax Law and has read
taxation and trust law at the
University of Malta. He also holds a masters degree in International
Economic Law from the Law School of the
University of Warwick, England,
where he graduated with distinction. Dr Chetcuti is a Council Member of the
Institute of Financial Services Practitioners and a founding member of the Malta
branches of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and of the
International Fiscal Association. |

Dr Maria Chetcuti-Cauchi read law
at the
University of Malta where she graduated BA in Law and English, Diploma of
Notary Public and later Doctor of Laws in European Corporate Law. Dr
Chetcuti-Cauchi pursued her studies at Masters degree level in International
Economic Law at the
University of Warwick, England. She is an intellectual property
specialist and a registered trademark and patent attorney. Dr Chetcuti-Cauchi
is one of the founding members of the Malta Remote Gaming Council
and is a member of the Malta branch
of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. |

Ms Charlene Darmanin
is an Accounting Technician
and serves in the Accounting and Tax
Unit. |

Mrs Claire Ebejer
is a psychology and human resources graduate of the Universities of Malta and
Leicester respectively. Mrs Ebejer heads the human resources department at
INTER-SERV. |

Dr Priscilla Galea holds a first
class degree in Law, a Diploma in Notarial
Studies and Doctorate in Laws from the University of Malta. Dr Galea 's
areas of practice are corporate law, trust law, taxation and property law.
Dr Galea is a member of the Malta branch of the Society of Trust and Estate
Practitioners. |
