Romina Abdilla is a management and accountancy graduate specialising in human resources.  Romina is in charge of our Recruitment and HR Consultancy department.  Romina handles specialised financial, legal, ICT and gamin recruitment for clients ranging from private to publicly listed companies.

Rosanne Barbara Zarb is a Chartered Public Accountant and acts as leader for one of our Accounting teams.  Rosanne supports companies managed by the firm in all business planning, financial, accounting and tax aspects.  Rosanne is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and of the Malta Institute of Taxation.

Kenneth Camilleri heads our Accounting and Tax Unit and supports companies managed by the firm in all business planning, financial, accounting and tax aspects.  Kenneth advises Malta companies represented by the firm on VAT and tax aspects of operating locally and internationally.  Kenneth is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and of the Malta Institute of Taxation.

Jean-Philippe Chetcuti is our tax partner and  advises on tax structures for international business operations and corporate and trust structures for estate planning and asset protection.  Jean-Philippe supports high net worth expatriates in all aspects of relocating to Malta.  JP is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, Chamber of Advocates and the Malta Institute of Taxation.

Maria Chetcuti Cauchi is the partner in charge of our strong Gaming Department and advises on all aspects of licensing of gaming operations and compliance with gaming regulations and related European Gaming Law.  Maria is also a prominent intellectual property law specialist representing parties in domain name and trademark infringement issues. Maria is an active member of the Malta Remote Gaming Council and has advised on the drafting of revisions of the Remote Gaming Regulations.

Priscilla Mifsud Parker, manager of our Corporate Services Department supervises the smooth set up of your corporate structure and overseas your company's ongoing compliance with the Malta Registry of Companies.  A lawyer by profession, Priscilla is an executive committee member of the Malta Branch of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and a member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, the Malta Chamber of Advocates and the Malta Institute of Taxation.

Joseph Said leads one of our accounting teams and supports a portfolio of corporate clients by providing trading and operational support, treasury and bank administration, reporting, VAT and tax compliance.  Joseph is a Member of the Institute of Accounting Technicians and of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.

Silvana Zammit is our gaming law specialist advising on gaming licensing and regulation, e-commerce and technology law matters relating to the gaming and ICT industries.  Silvana is an active member of the Malta Remote Gaming Council, the Chamber of Advocates and the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.
