Description of Duties

Lawyer

Working in our advisory and compliance team, responsibilities include advising in corporate, tax, commercial and international law matters.

The position involves working as part of a team of lawyers and with our accountants, auditors, banks and regulatory authorities, serving a diverse local and international clientele.

LL.D. graduate

 proficiency in the latest MS Office applications;

 a highly organised character and ability to work on own initiative and without supervision;

 ability to perform in a demanding, client-oriented environment.

Other Optional Assets

 A practising warrant is an asset

 A post-grad degree in financial services, tax or business law is an asset

Experience

Previous experience in an advisory or financial services environment is an asset.
