Description of Duties

Applicants should possess an MCAST, AAT or equivalent post-secondary qualification in accounting.

Responsibilities include administering accounting records, posting of routine transactions, client relations and assisting the accountants in the team. On-the-job training will be provided.

The position involves working as part of a team of accountants and with our lawyers, auditors, banks and regulatory authorities, serving a diverse local and international clientele.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Language Requirements

English, Italian/French/German

Education Level

MCAST / AAT Accounting technician or equivalent

Particular Skills

 proficiency in the latest MS Office applications;

 proficiency in accounting & accounting packages;

 a highly organised character and ability to work on own initiative and without supervision;

 ability to perform in a demanding, client-oriented environment.

Other skills

ACCA or B.Accty degree is an asset but not a must.

Experience

Previous experience in an accounting, auditing or financial services environment is an asset.
